Professor Per Zetterlund UNSW Sydney Distinguished Keynote Speaker, ICAN 2027

Professor Per Zetterlund is a Professor at UNSW Sydney and an internationally recognised researcher in polymer colloids, controlled radical polymerisation and polymer nanoparticle synthesis. His work is strongly aligned with ICAN 2027 through the creation of polymer nanoparticles, latex systems and nanostructured polymer materials that can be used in advanced nanocomposites. He has made major contributions to emulsion and dispersion polymerisation, including methods for controlling particle architecture, molecular structure and functionality. His research connects polymer chemistry with scalable materials processing, supporting ICAN 2027 themes in polymer nanocomposites, functional materials and sustainable manufacturing.
