Apply for a Visa

International participants who require a visa to attend ICAN 2027 are advised to check the appropriate Australian visa requirements for their individual circumstances and apply as early as possible.

The conference organisers can provide the following supporting documents:

• Conference invitation letter
• Conference programme
• Registration confirmation and payment receipt

Requesting an invitation letter

After completing registration and payment, please contact the ICAN 2027 Conference Secretariat to request an invitation letter. 

Please note:

• Invitation letters will be issued only after registration and payment are completed.

• The conference organisers cannot guarantee visa approval.

• Participants who are unable to attend due to a visa refusal will receive a full refund of the registration fee upon providing official documentation confirming the visa refusal.
